A recruiter reached out to me and asked if I was interested. When I was positive about moving forward, they sent me a coding challenge that was quite difficult, including DP problems. I scored quite well in the challenge, so I was called in for an in-person interview. Expedia flew me to their Seattle office.

There, I had four interview rounds.

• In two rounds, they went over my resume points and asked me to provide approaches based on the technologies I mentioned.
• The other two rounds started with an initial talk about me, followed by a coding question on a whiteboard. These were much simpler compared to the coding challenge.

The interviewers were very supportive throughout the interview and helpful at points where I got stuck.

The next day, I received an email from the recruiter stating I had been rejected. When I asked for the reason, the recruiter said that due to company policy, they could not provide those details.

It was a good experience, except for the rejection, as I was confident I had performed well.
