Overall a good company, but dated tech and low flexibility
Process driven.
Don't have to worry about anything apart from work.

Politics
Not the latest tech.
Not as flexible as a startup.
Performance appraisals are not really 360.
We need to spend conscious effort on adopting the latest technology. We also need to give more freedom and flexibility to employees in terms of working hours and WFH.
Performance appraisals are very heavy-handed, and there is no effort to validate the assessment with the employee.
