Company culture. In general, it's a really relaxed environment. Attrition numbers differ, but for me, it feels like a very stable work environment. Very few, but justified layoffs.
Work/life balance. There is always a lot of work, but not excessive pressure. Plenty of company-sponsored events and parties.
Prospective growth. Major IT changes are happening that are reflecting positively on the company's outcome.
It feels like there is no clear career path and no clear goals to be achieved in order to be promoted. The whole process is very subjective and it depends highly on the promotion budget.
