Best work-life balance
It's a great company to be a part of. I am a working single parent, and the amount of support I receive from seniors and the team is unmeasurable. I have never been so much at peace with any company. There are a lot of opportunities to grow, and they are always open to ideas.
I haven't had any issues until now.
Don't force employees to come to the office. It can put off good resources. Work can be done from anywhere, and everybody knows it now.
