Applied thru the HR, first phone screened by the HR person, then 1 round of technical interview with the team lead, no specific coding questions. After that, I had 2 more rounds of phone interviews of coding using CollabEdit.

This was a screening call at the start with the recruiter. She asked several questions about my previous experience and background, and explained about the company and the job requirements.
