Pros: Work-life balance is good. Learning opportunities are there. There's a lot of opportunity to do good work if you put yourself out there. Otherwise, it's a slow working environment.
Cons: Getting anything done (even the logistical and administrative stuff) has a long process to it. The mainstays who have been working there for 10+ years can tend to have a closed-minded approach to any new work items or suggestions.
