- Due to poor performance evaluation criteria in interviews and yearly evaluations, they lose the industry's topmost talent and are even unable to retain them.
- The HR department is a joke and filled with incompetent people.
- Loss-making in India with no real business.
- Focus on useless DEI initiatives will one day drive this company to nothing.
