Good work/life balance. Weekend and overtime work is rare. Lots of good, positive communication. Fairly relaxed atmosphere. All the engineers are very personable. Everyone there seemed happy.
Lots of legacy C++ code that nobody understands. You won't get to use the latest and greatest technology.
To retain the best tech talent, you'll have to pay the talent.
