Simple interview process consisting of an HR, Manager, and then a technical interview. The technical interview people are not given your resume beforehand, so the interview process is a bit chaotic compared to other places, but it's definitely refreshing.

Pros: Good benefits and work-life balance.
Cons: Worked on multiple failed software projects that were blatantly going to fail from the start.
Management was clueless about poor quality due to useless product management, zero UX, and dinosaur architects/principles who need to retire or be given the boot in the next round of layoffs.

Good health insurance.
Friendly environment.
Good work environment (food, coffee, gym, etc.).
The company is changing, therefore, there are more things to learn.
