Applied online. Got a call from a recruiter. Set up a phone interview with the hiring manager in a few days. The manager was very friendly and explained about the company. They asked about my experience related to the requirements of the position, my interest in the position, and about the company. They also asked some problem-solving (DS/algorithm-related) questions. They see how you approach it, not necessarily the exact answer. The next round would have been a coding-related interview with team members onsite, but I couldn't clear the initial screen.
