Process

I first had a phone screen, which was too easy for anyone who's been in the field. I guess they just wanted to filter out the real candidates.

The questions ranged from:

  • How would you debug a network issue and what tools would you use?
  • What is the difference between a hub and a switch?
  • What is silly window syndrome?

It felt like he was reading the questions off a list, and he ran out of questions pretty quick.
