Pros: Quite a few good, smart engineers, and the product itself is interesting to work on.
The company has had strong growth and provides above-average benefits.
Cons: Extremely weak engineering management from the Director Level and up. Much is run by those who have grown up with the company, but they have failed to grow their management skills, and so all the teams suffer. The use of a date engineering process has been less than successful.

Still many talented individuals employed.
Cons: Senior leadership lacks authority to make product decisions.
Employees have little opportunity for growth.
Unable to quickly pivot to new world of SDN from legacy hardware sales.
Fragmented geography of teams makes working hours difficult.

Cons: Most of its market is in hardware, and the climate is shifting away from dedicated hardware stacks, with the exception of large telcos.
