Software Engineer Interview Experience - Hyderābād, Telangana

Process

The interview process is flawed at F5.

I never got to know how many rounds there would be. Initially, I was told there would be a total of 3 rounds: 1 technical, 1 managerial, and 1 HR.

This increased to 5 rounds finally (2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 cultural fit, 1 HR).

They kept postponing my cultural fit round and finally canceled it, asking me to wait for 2 days. After that, the recruiter said there was no response from the hiring manager and that she would call back when there was any response.

It's been a week, and there's no reply to any of my emails or calls.

The interviewers were really nice and experienced. It's the recruiting process that is really exhausting.
