Basic phone interview regarding past projects and experiences, followed by an on-site interview with a tech lead and an unknown individual. The tech lead seemed nice and was asking both technical questions and about previous projects, with an accent on sockets/threads management. The unknown individual was very unpleasant; they were constantly going in/out of the room or talking on their phone.
