Pros: You get to work on promising new technologies.
Cons: Bad management practices have ruined everything now. Up to some point, F5 was one of the best companies culture-wise, and they were proud of their human-first culture.
Now, human-first is just a myth. The upper management does not care about anything other than work. Employees are overworked and underpaid and are not getting growth opportunities.
