2. There is a good amount of experts in a team/cross-team, who are very friendly and professional.
3. There is a wellness weekend with a Friday and a Monday off every quarter.
Cons: 1. No breakfast incentives. Lunch is provided by a vendor, but it's not that great.
2. Too many cycles of layoffs have created an insecure environment for employees.
3. No hikes for existing employees due to budget cuts.
