Pros

Great Pay and Benefits. Coworkers are helpful. Good time off, although you might still be expected to work while on PTO :(

Cons

No career path. No training. Exclusive culture, as some people are more valued than others.

Advice to Management

You need to take the surveys a little more seriously. There is our feedback. Be willing to have the difficult conversations so we can keep our culture strong. Right now, it's the employee that is driving the culture, not you managers.
