Recruiting reached out to me by email during an online conference, inviting me to schedule an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes. The first half was behavioral, and the second half was a coding challenge.

Very sharp (smart) HR, brief phone interview. Nice, swift hiring manager, half-hour phone interview. Third step: onsite with engineers, architect, and upper managerial staff. Way nicer than what I expected reading Glassdoor reviews of other sites.

This was a remote technical assessment plus brief behavioral questions. The interviewer seemed uninterested. The recruiters I spoke to in person were much more welcoming. This would definitely vary from person to person.
