Pros: Very relaxed work culture. Lots of intern events. Company seems to be growing very fast.

Cons: The office is located downtown Seattle, where there are a lot of homeless people.

Pros: There are very good hours and pay, and I particularly had friendly management at F5.

Cons: I did not notice any substantial cons, and have enjoyed my position quite a bit.

Cons: There’s too much unplanned work, largely because most middle managers lack the courage to say “no” — choosing instead to impress their seniors for personal growth. They end up delegating most of their responsibilities to their team members. Work-life balance is heavily impacted. There is no clear visibility or prioritization of tasks, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Poor micromanaging leaders push genuine employees to work harder, while favoring their close associates by assigning them easier tasks and promoting less deserving candidates. This culture severely impacts the morale and motivation of truly hardworking employees, ultimately affecting overall performance and workplace integrity.
