  • Good salary for freshers and new hires
  • Very good work-life balance
  • Plenty of leaves

Cons
  • Legacy tech stacks
  • No learning and growth
  • No career progression
  • No merit-based promotion; you need to complete a certain number of years to get promoted, no matter how well you have performed over the year.
  • Frequently changing policies are no longer employee-centric (like shifting the quarterly bonus to annually).
  • Managers play games, but you won't notice. They are well-trained to manipulate employees diplomatically.
  • Frequent layoffs (includes high performers too).
  • Plenty of leaves, but people are not taking them. Management should motivate employees to take time off.
  • People showing off their work by being active on Teams and Git on weekends and during late nights (honestly, we don't have that much work).
  • Managers expecting (though not forcing) everyone to join late-night meetings (even if they are optional).
