Used to be a good organization
Work culture is good.
Long weekends and provisions for availing leaves.
Management shows no respect for employees.
There have been no salary hikes since 2022, and even variables were reduced last year.
This is demotivating, as most teams have reached saturation.
Management has even suggested looking for outside opportunities, as they cannot offer promotions.
All funding goes into acquisitions and hiring new leaders who ultimately leave in the short term. As a result, the entire upper management changes every few years.
Please try to be more transparent, as management keeps changing frequently, and there's favoritism in promotions and hikes when they happen.
Motivate employees to stay, not to look for opportunities outside.
