There are a lot of pros to working at F5. The two biggest I have felt are listed below.
Flexibility & Benefits -- Lots of flexibility. You will get a great amount of support, especially when you are going through tough times.
Culture -- My favorite BeF5 principle is "Help each other thrive" because I have felt it and seen it regularly, and it is integral to F5.
Career opportunities -- Although there are varied tech stacks for different products at F5, as you spend time, you feel stagnated. What you do later on doesn't change much for each feature. This is especially true in the case of newer products.
Appraisals -- Hikes could have been better. But I have seen market revisions initiated by upper management, and the increase is very substantial.
First, a networking domain round, a coding round, and a behavioral round. Merge Sort was asked in the coding round. Questions related to load balancers were asked in the networking round. Networking fundamentals were asked too.
Applied through Company website. HackerRank Initial screening: MCQ (Network fundamentals) and 3 problem-solving questions. 5 Virtual Interviews (2 Technical, 1 HM, 1 Behavioral, 1 HR). All interviews were conducted in a week.
