Diverse culture, stable work-life.
Not able to keep up with the standard competitive market pay rates, at least not in San Jose. Not able to utilize the employees properly. Too much politics in the upper management is not allowing good projects to come to San Jose, which is really pathetic.
Employees are losing motivation to work in this company. One of the main reasons is the conservative increase in salaries. If you cannot put up with the salary in the Bay Area, it's a shame.
