I've been here 5 years and have no plans to leave
F5 takes good care of its employees. Our benefits package is absolutely stellar (better than Microsoft's has ever been, especially our health insurance). Pay is comparable to other tech companies in the area.
The company culture is healthy, and the employees are all wonderful people. I'm approaching my 5-year anniversary at the company, and I'm very happy here.
My team specifically has had some management woes (several people in our management chain retired or left to work for non-profits in the span of 3 months), which were largely beyond the company's control. We recently got things back in order, and I'm happy with my team's new management.
Our family leave policy is quickly falling behind market trends. The current 2 weeks is very short, and increasing it to 4 weeks would go a very long way for new parents.
