Pros

Lots of great co-workers (smart, hard-working) Great work/life balance Good benefits and perks

Cons

TERRIBLE management.

Constantly providing lots of lip service about how X will improve, yet it never does. Some examples:

  • Training
  • Career guidance
  • Low compensation
  • Hiring/team size

Hilariously bad internal communication.

Unethical business practices.

Uncertain future.

Poor compensation.

Advice to Management

Quit, and hire replacements who respect their employees and do what they say they will.

I understand that a fair bit of upper management was replaced recently. Let's hope this extends to lower levels!
