Pros: From the very start, in the onboarding process, Faire makes it clear through actions that it cares about its employees and their experience within the company. The developer experience is also amazing, with time and resources dedicated specifically to creating internal tools. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of projects and go beyond just handling tickets handed to them. The work-life balance is also well respected, and employees are free to choose between WFH, in-office, or any mix of the two in whatever fashion one so desires. The company is also very diverse and has time dedicated to celebrating the many cultures and groups represented within the company. Faire is also a rapidly growing company with very strong future prospects.

Cons: The only thing I've really found less enjoyable has been finding my way around some of the codebase. It gets a bit confusing at times, especially since the backend is currently one monolith (though we are moving away from this), but it's no worse than at previous employers.

Pros: Really clean codebase. I had the best intern mentor here out of all my internships, who re-defined what a good engineer is and supported me career-wise all throughout. Love the company culture; DJ in all-hands has great music tastes.

Cons: It is a fast-paced place. Lots of meetings, but many are really fun.

Pros: I just joined the company. People are very friendly and nice. There are lots of internal tools to help with the onboarding process. A fun and great experience so far.

Cons: None came to my mind.
