Pros: Company culture is very welcoming and remote-friendly. This made for a very easy remote onboarding experience.
A mix of VC and async videos were used for onboarding to the company. A support structure for the new hire cohort made issue resolution easy.
A mix of role-specific and broad business sessions helped my ramp-up on the product efficiently.
Cons: As a West Coast engineer, times are shifted early to my working day.
