The process was pretty smooth overall.
First, I spoke with the recruiter, which was followed by an online assessment. This assessment contained a lot of questions in less time than allotted.
This was then followed by a couple of coding interviews.

Pros: I started at Faire out of university. It's been a great place to jumpstart my career and get exposure to tackling many different interesting projects pivotal to the success of the company.
Great company culture, many great co-workers.
Lots of perks.
Good opportunity.
Cons: Very high bar for promotion. Especially in the Frontend org, doing promotion-valuable work (i.e., side projects) often has to be done outside of normal working hours.
