OA after phone screen. Finished ~2 questions in the OA and got an onsite.
Onsite: two technical interviews with one interview with the manager in between. The first technical interview was pretty hard, but it got easier in the second one.
The rejection came the other day after the onsite.

Pros: I started at Faire out of university. It's been a great place to jumpstart my career and get exposure to tackling many different interesting projects pivotal to the success of the company.
Great company culture, many great co-workers.
Lots of perks.
Good opportunity.
Cons: Very high bar for promotion. Especially in the Frontend org, doing promotion-valuable work (i.e., side projects) often has to be done outside of normal working hours.

- Great senior management team.

Cons: Development is becoming a struggle as the codebase and dev team grow.
