The whole company has a feel unlike any other I've experienced, and the passion for our users and craft shows every day. - Incredible growth and lots of room to keep growing both as a business and an individual. - Very transparent company; it generally feels like a culture of trust and respect from everyone in the organization.

Cons: - Workload can be high at times, and balancing work/life is not always easy. - Imposter syndrome is very real, and working with very talented people can exacerbate this feeling.

Pros: Leadership tries to live by the values and encourages employees to call them out when they don't. Employees are encouraged to speak up when something isn't right.

Cons: Work-life balance is a lot better than other startups I've worked at, but if you're coming from an insurance company, etc., it will be a big adjustment.
