HR is unfortunately "classic." I was lied to about job opportunities during hiring. Throughout my time there, I was misinformed, and I made the mistake of not getting everything in writing. I really hoped a startup would be less painful here than corporate, but it turned out worse.
Faire feels like it really wants to be Google, but to get there, they are burning out employees left and right and have policies fit for a company the size of Google, not a startup.
