The team is amazing, very united, and made of good people helping each other to achieve great things.
The company goals and leaders have a strong and endearing mission to make the world a better place, embodying some of the values I care the most.
The level of the engineering team is off the charts. Everyone across the board (or the continent) is very highly skilled, and there is one engineer in particular that I simply cannot understand how she can possibly be so good at everything.
A very heartwarming environment and friends.
Nothing major to share yet.
First was a 30-minute call with HR, talking about the company, my own experience, and what kind of position I'm looking for. Then I had a 2-hour 30-minute interview with three people. This included: * Two 1-hour technical interviews * A 30-minute
LeetCode style interview, first hour introductory call. Then a CodeSignal process where there were two questions: one medium and one easy. One medium difficulty. No callback afterwards from the CodeSignal.
One round of phone screen to align on the basics, two to three rounds of technical, which is mostly LeetCode/DS&A type of questions, and one round of manager match (had to do an additional round due to role change).
