The interview process is divided into four categories:

• Technical
• Customer obsession
• Win as a team
• Perfectionism vs pragmatism

Each category has a defined set of questions. They can be found easily on Google based on the category.

Each category is handled by a different interviewer. Usually, 1-on-1 interviews are preferred so as not to overwhelm the candidate.

Interviewers are required to provide feedback in the HR/Hiring system. After all four rounds of interviews, all interviewers meet with Recruiting HR and, along with the Hiring Manager, come to a conclusion on the hiring.
