Multi-person interview on site where I got a chance to discuss previous work experience, projects, and a bit of the personal portfolio.

Also got to discuss what working for Fanatics would be like and meet some of the team members, etc.

Questions

More discussion on my portfolio and previous projects at previous positions.

A couple of questions related to C# fundamentals.

How would you organize a list? Then, again without Linq? Then, again with a different structure (arrays instead of List, etc.)?

Pros: A good learning opportunity. Every new grad can think of joining this company, as this will create a good career for future opportunities.

Cons: The codebase is very haphazard and disorganized, as they are still growing. There might be some internal politics which we are not aware of. Very recently, they laid off more than 200 experienced and new employees. None of them were given notice about this; they were terminated in a day.
