Process
I applied online. The process took a week.
- Recruiter call: To go over the basics.
- Live coding session: A schedule to code with a hiring manager. They asked a basic coding assignment that involved using a hashmap in Kotlin, along with some trivial questions regarding Kotlin experience.

Strong engineering culture with high-impact work
Software Engineer • Former Employee
Tempe, AZ
December 26, 2025
Pros: Work on large-scale, high-throughput systems with real business impact. There is strong exposure to event-driven architectures, cloud-native technologies, and production ownership. Teams value engineering rigor, performance optimisation, and reliability. There are good learning opportunities for backend and distributed systems engineers.
Cons: It is a fast-paced environment with high ownership and responsibility, which can be demanding during peak periods. Teams move quickly, so engineers are expected to learn new systems and adapt rapidly.
