The recruiter reached out at 2 a.m. local time on a few occasions. I applied.
I was sent a follow-up questionnaire. I responded.
A handful of days later, I followed up because I hadn't gotten any response. She sent me information, again at 2 a.m. local time, requesting a recruiter interview via Calendly and available times for a technical interview.
I responded, and again received no response or commentary for three days. I received a response a whole 10 minutes before the recruiter interview to say the job had been filled and the interview had been canceled with no other explanation.
The whole experience came off as poor and unprepared with terrible communication. For a company the size of Fanatics, this should not be how candidates are treated. I wouldn't expect a great interview experience based on how I was treated.
