Phone discussion scheduled for Quality Engineer-III profile. It went very well, and the recruiter seemed interested in my profile throughout the discussion. It was a discussion of past experience and domain skills.

After one week, there was no communication for the next stage, even after following up.

A piece of advice to the recruiter: Please give feedback if you are proceeding with a candidate for the next round or not. An email with feedback will help the candidate move on. No communication, even after following up, leaves a bad experience with the organization's culture.
