A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, and we set up a call a few days later. We simply discussed the role in further detail and chatted about my previous experience. We also touched on my goals and salary expectations.
A week later, I was scheduled to speak to someone in the product development department. It was a super fun, very casual conversation around both of our backgrounds, the expectations of the position, and again, my goals and aspirations.
I had one final interview with a director, which was similar to the previous one but more concise. I received a call from my recruiter the next day with an offer!
My interview experience was great. I feel that I met so many people and learned so much about the company. They seem to really care about passion and how the candidate will fit in with the company. My role has an emphasis on design and certain software, so I was asked for a portfolio. Be prepared to produce one if you are interested in a similar position!
