I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week.
I was reached out to by a recruitment representative and asked for an initial conversation. This was a typical light behavioral round asked by a recruiter who had "ex-Meta" on their profile. Typical questions included asking around my current work situation and expectations, as well as projects worked on. It went well enough, and they mentioned I'd hear back. I didn't hear back.
A month later, I was reached out to by another hiring representative, who was again labeled as ex-Meta. I mentioned I was already in progress, and ended up having the same call again. This went very similarly to before, with similar questions. They said they would contact me in the next couple of days. There was no follow-up.
In both situations, I sent several messages asking for feedback. Two independent recruiters, both ex-Meta (who ironically I am also interviewing with and are not ghosting me), said they would call back and didn't. This sounds as if it's accepted practice for them.
