Software Engineer (.NET) Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
Disorganized interviewers who lacked proper preparation. I was double-booked for a behavioral section, and it felt as if everyone was so unprepared for this interview. The interviewer did not have an updated resume of mine. I spent a portion of my time sending him one, and then he asked me why my LinkedIn was not up to date with my resume. LOL! Is anyone's resume up to date with their LinkedIn? Who has the time? This is 2022; please get up to date with the job market. I don't have time to send 100 updated resumes while I'm working.
Questions
Basic: "You're given a set of stock prices by date. Draw a simple text graph based on the data."
The most challenging part of the interview was dealing with the interviewer's lack of ability to communicate effectively.
