Every Wednesday, Rs. 500 Zomato coupon from the office.
Worst work life.
After attending meetings till 2 am, they will pressure you to go to the office the next day. I am not sure if they consider us superhumans.
They force you to attend standups every day at 9 pm IST, and during daylight saving at 10 pm. The meeting will always stretch to a minimum of 12 or 12:30 midnight, irrespective of the day, even on Fridays. In short, you don't have any personal and social life left.
Then they don't offer any hikes, promotions, or full bonuses either.
Toxic work culture.
The team lead thinks he is the boss; he will try to manipulate you and put you under a lot of pressure. There are no skip-level meetings. Your lead will also threaten you with a layoff if you do not perform and deliver as per his wishes and timelines.
There is this ass-licking culture in upper management that you can't do anything about.
In short, I would not recommend anyone to join this company, not even in my worst dreams.
Management will not listen to anyone.
