Fanatics as a company is currently growing, which is good for job security. Management, from my experience, respects employees' time off.
It is very hands-off management, which is either good or bad. It encourages learning while on the clock.
They are flexible with remote/hybrid/in-person work. I have to say that I don't want to go back to the office once the pandemic is over.
Being onboarded during the pandemic was, honestly, horrible. I'm straight out of college and have a shy disposition, and none of my team or management would address my lack of progress on assignments. I wasn't prioritized, which is on me, but not knowing any of my coworkers or who to ask questions of is rough.
I also get the sense that employees don't get much input into what projects they are interested in pursuing, and management does not seem keen to keep me in the loop by giving me meeting invites.
Terrible candidate experience. Had a call with the recruiter, then scheduled the tech screen. The morning of the tech screen, I got an email saying that it was moved by a couple hours. I couldn't make the new time and asked to reschedule. The recruit
The interview process was great. I felt very comfortable, and it was an easy process. Nothing was too complicated, and I really wanted them to give me an offer, but it didn't work out.
First, there is an OA which has 3 coding questions and 15 MCQs. Second round was technical.
