It's hard to find the pros. All of the good vibes are disingenuous and fake.
The leadership is incompetent. Our CTO does jack all, and there is so much favoritism, it's disgusting. They keep rewriting core values because they need to look busy, but it doesn't matter because they aren't followed by leadership. There is hardly a smattering of diversity, and they don't value underrepresented voices. Look like us? One of us? Former coworker? You're golden. Otherwise, you'll be silenced and driven out.
Clean house on the engineering leadership, from CTO on down, until things get better.
Terrible candidate experience. Had a call with the recruiter, then scheduled the tech screen. The morning of the tech screen, I got an email saying that it was moved by a couple hours. I couldn't make the new time and asked to reschedule. The recruit
The interview process was great. I felt very comfortable, and it was an easy process. Nothing was too complicated, and I really wanted them to give me an offer, but it didn't work out.
First, there is an OA which has 3 coding questions and 15 MCQs. Second round was technical.
