The tech stack in some teams is good.

I can say it was a good company during 2021-2022, and slowly and gradually, it downgraded its standards.

A lot.

1. No good food court in the Hyd office. You need to walk a lot to find something to eat.
2. Mandatory 3 days in office, even though you had long working hours before that.
3. The India Delivery Center lacks skilled leaders. They always schedule some random, stupid sessions and force you to join.
4. HR policy is bad.
5. Cut bonus.
6. No job security. Every year, they fire employees around the globe, and some smart people leave once they understand this.
7. Very hard to get promoted. If you are lucky, then only you will get a double-digit hike.
8. Working hours are tough, late-night meetings, and work-life balance sucks.

Please try to make the workplace better.
