Pros: Laid-back and friendly culture in most departments.
Great work-life balance and retirement benefits.
Plenty of opportunities for growth.
Cons: Although Fidelity is trying to make technology a focus, at the end of the day it is still a financial services company and IT will always come second.
Since Fidelity is such a large company with MANY security concerns, change comes at a very slow pace, which can be frustrating as a developer.

Pros: Best place to work; lots of technology exposure you will get. The working environment is very good. Management is excellent.
Cons: Promotions are not very frequent. Work-life balance totally depends upon the team for which you work.
