Pros: Benefits are great. They are quick to adopt new technologies but focus on stability. Customer-oriented. Good company culture.
Cons: Like any large company, it takes time for something to be done when requesting it from another group.

Pros: You get lots of facilities. Fidelity takes care of women's security very well. Along with technology, you get to learn the financial domain. If you get the right team with the right project, it will be a boon.
Cons: Since security is given utmost importance, any work to be done requires raising a lot of access permissions. For you to do any work, it takes a lot of time. If your team is bad or your manager is not understanding, you will suffer.
