Ability to move and work across the organization.
Good learning experience.
They provide a free company cab for commute and a ₹50 coupon for food.
Cons: Timings are not ideal for maintaining a good work-life balance.
There are too many meetings in a day across the organization.
High expectations are placed on employees, but tight deadlines and too many meetings leave them exhausted.
