Pros: Great pay, 401K match is excellent, and health benefits are excellent.
Cons: They work you very hard and it never stops.
Be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holiday weekends especially.
Be prepared to be called and paged while on vacation.
Be prepared to be laid off at any time.
