Leap Program Software Engineer Position Interview Experience - Raleigh, North Carolina

Process

There was an initial phone screening interview. They asked about your interest and some basic Java questions (inheritance, scope, etc.). They then invited me to come for an in-person interview. After a tour of the campus, there was one 30-minute technical interview and a 30-minute behavioral interview. Interviewers and HR were super friendly and not intimidating. The technical interview consisted of basic Object-Oriented questions, questions about resume experiences/classes, and one programming problem. Nothing unexpected. There was also a question-and-answer session with previous Leap graduates, which was helpful as well. Overall, a great experience.
