Process

Reached out to by a recruiter, I quickly scheduled an initial phone interview. That first interview involved talking with a recruiter, going over bullet points on your resume to make sure you actually know what you put on it.

Once they've confirmed you can talk about everything listed, they schedule a video interview. The video interview is a more in-depth discussion about your resume points and past projects. Tell stories about what went wrong, what you learned, and what you could've done better. A lot of the interview was spent asking the interviewer questions about the company and the culture.

Questions

Q: Talk about a project you worked on in . What was the goal of the project, and how did you do it?
